      • CoWorking is cafe-like community/collaboration space for developers, writers, designers, free lancers, independents, and the list continues to grow. Included with CoWorking at Capsity Offices is Wi-Fi, Printing, Copy, Out-Bound Fax, Beverages, and fun events!

       

    • What is a Virtual Office?
      • Virtual Offices allow businesses to establish a professional image through shared business resources: business address, phone system, work space, conference rooms, and networking events.

 

  • How do I reserve a private work room or conference room?

 

 

  • Do you have executive suites?
    • Yes, we have Full Time Office Suite options available.

 

 

  • What is entrepreneurial fuel?
    • Entrepreneurial Fuel is what we use to inspire everyone who comes to Capsity Offices. It’s the only fuel that provides infinite miles to the gallon!

 

 

  • Is there parking?
    • Yes, typically there’s 2 HOUR street parking in the front and we can make arrangements to have parking spots made available for all day CoWorking.

 

 

  • What office services do you provide?
    • We are an office business center that can provide Mail Handling, Telephone answering, Copy, Print, Out-bound fax, Notary, and much more.

 

 

  • How busy does it get?
    • Our office is active enough to get you inspired for the day, but quiet enough that you can still concentrate on your work.

 

 

  • What is the environment like on a daily basis?
    • Think: Entrepreneurial brainstorming combined with a mix of supportive people and a fun environment you get days in which you love coming to the office.

 

 

  • Can I bring food?
    • Sharing is caring! Capsity Offices has all the usual basics like coffee, tea, juice, water and soda available, but we always love when people bring treats, fruits, and healthy stuff.

 

 

  • Why did you choose midtown?
    • Midtown is a wonderful blend of community, culture, art, business, and food. It’s the perfect place to just…be.

 

 

  • What other amenities are included?
    • We can provide just about anything that is in any typical office: White boards in every room, comfortable couch room, private work rooms, projector (and screen), pens, paper, headphones, monitors, and lockers are coming soon.

 

 

  • Can I just drop in?
    • Of course! We completely understand that the normal day of business has random meetings happening all the time. That’s how opportunities exist.

 

 

  • Is payment made daily, monthly, in advance?
    • Payments are accepted via all three methods. Flexibility is key value at Capsity Offices. Advance payments receive discounts.

 

 

  • Are you pet friendly?
    • Unfortunately our current location does not allow for pets during the usual hours of Mon-Fri, 8-5pm. During evening and weekend hours, we are open to making arrangements.

 

 

  • Are you child friendly?
    • Children, to entrepreneurs, are unlimited resource for collecting information and we’re working on a location that will support a child friendly environment. In the mean time, please call us if you need to make arrangements to have children on site.

 

 

  • How close are you to restaurants or parks?
    • Since we’re in Midtown we’re 5 minutes away from everything! Variety of restaurants,

 

 

  • Is there Bike Parking?
    • (4/21/2009) We have installed the new Sac Bike Rack in front of our building. We’re in the process of installing a bike rack in the rear parking lot.

 

 

  • Are you near Light Rail or Buses?
    • We’re within 8 blocks of Light Rail. Broadway and 24th. We have a Bus Line that drops at the corner of 24th and P.

 

 

  • Can I bring guests?
    • Guests are what makes this community fun and makes our culture renewable by establishing a true collaborative environment.

 

 

  • How long are the contracts?
    • CoWorking has no contract to maintain flexibility. Our virtual office services range from 3 to 6 month.

 

 

  • Are you Handicap Accessible?
    • Of course. Call to make arrangements for other specific needs.
