The Communitas Conference room was designed for larger meetings and is furnished with modular furniture which can be designed for classroom style settings or presenation type seminars. The Fortuno Conference room was designed for small intimate meetings. Guests can conduct interviews or utilize the room for document signings. The room is equipped with a mobile white board. Guidelines

Reserving conference rooms

Conference rooms can be reserved in advance or on a first come first served basis depending on availability.

Cancelling reservations

Reeservations must be cancelled within 24 hours. A $5 charge will be incurred for late cancellations.

Other Policies and Procedures

Please arrive on time and remind your guests of your conference meeting.

 

Please be respectful of other reservations before and after your time slot.

 

Conference rooms are charged in 30 minute increments.

 

Conference rooms must be used for only typical office use. Any other purpose must be approved by managers.
